SA, Thanks for stopping by my thread, I think that the when we go through these periods when nothing seems to be happening, we tend to think the worst thoughts and in reality our MLC spouses are in utter turmoil as most of them later confess whether they come back or not.
I think eventually they will come clean about the things they are experiencing. If I had to guess your H may look back on this particular time and recall that you had dropped the rope and how he was scared.
A more likely reason for giving the key back is to get a reaction out of you. His way of testing you or sucking you back in.
Amazing how we can't see what is going on in our own sitches but we can flip over to each others and see with great clarity!!!
