I thought about the DB is more visible with them still around, but it's not my choice that they she is still in the house.

How can I stand it? She is gone most of the time. Works long hours and I stay at home. I've worked 20 years and many 12 hour shifts in the military. It's darn nice to be able to lay out on the back patio for 2 hours.

So I only see her for 40 minutes in the morning and 2 hours at night. That's easily tolerable and she is usually in another part of the house and I am usually with the kids. On weekends I usually take the kids and do something on Sat. The last Saturday we drove 90 miles to Hannibal, Mo and visited the Mark Twain Cave. The kids loved it! The Sun I took them to church, out to eat, and swimming. Then I come home and she plays with them for 2 hours (usually tolerates one hour then plays her guitar for the other) while I do my own thing on our 20 acres.

No, not keeping up appearances. Lawyer's told us both not to move out or it may hurt our case. Subject never comes up. She wants to buy a condo but I have control of 90% of the money. I try not to think about it and that makes it a little easier to deal with it. Just keep busy is what I tell myself.
