Ok, if I leave the school system I don't know that he'll let me use his address. He said he would, but if I can't believe anything he says, I can't rely on that. The only option I really have is to find a place here in the same apartment complex, which means I have to talk to her, which means he will find out immediately.
Additionally, he has had people shut him out of their lives before (like his mom) and it doesn't seem to do anything positive for him. If anything it fortifies the walls he has built because of people doing that to him.
My main concern is, my approach needs to be different wether there is an affair or not. In all reality, if we do not end up together, I would like to have him as a friend, eventually. I'm afraid that if I do things like this, though, that opportunity will be lost.
I originally 'got him' because I got him to open up to me, and tear down some walls. Those walls have been rebuilt. Logically I should have to re-tear them down again to get his heart back. But I don't know that he will allow that to happen, or how to go about it. I did it the first time by being his friend. I just don't know.
