I believe he is having an affair. He has told me that he loves me but not in love with me. He texts her upwards of 200 times per day. He has a picture of her naked chest. She is his boss. He has changed all his passwords and hides his phone. He is now in the process of making his computer 'unavailable' to me.
He is detaching himself from me, not real talking except to BS about little stuff to remain 'civil'. He knows I know about the affair but still denies it. He thinks we can remain friends. He's trying to live his life as though nothing has changed, while alleviating his guilt over the affair by splitting with me, but getting the comforts of being with me for now.
I cannot kick him out. We never signed our lease so if that is discovered I'm out too. I can't do anything about our point arrangements until I find a new place.
He wants a divorce but wants to stay roomates. He also just told me he's not telling the kids, I'm supposed to, which I refuse. He will not work on the marriage, he doesn't believe he could ever be in love with me again. He will not do counseling for the sake of our M.
