I knew I could count on you to be gently nudging me forward.

Well, sometimes I need it little more than gentle nudging...

This is exactly why I started this new thread and titled it as I have.

This no longer about what it was when I got here.

My old thread was about my W and our M and what happened.

My understanding of that.

I start here with my reflection on that...

So my short answer is to live what I have learned more completely

to let it become part of me everyday.

HOW I am going to do that is what I am figuring out so I don't think that I have a simple answer to both of you.

I know it has to start with actions and NOT fluffy words.

It is a work in progress to become a man in full.
