While we were at a end of summer party last night, the wife snapped at me for some reason. I calmly said "Please don't snap at me" while looking her directly in the eye. She thought for a second, then apologized to me. Wish I had done this 11 years ago...

you know what I learned? you push something to hard and it breaks for good. just a thought.

here's a bit of useless knowledge if you are afraid of being taken advantage of:

Betty Crocker appeared in the CBS network's first color commercial, in which she baked a "mystery fruit cake".

Steve,

Riddles after a tough week kill me. Let me see if I can figure your's out. It appears to be a two parter to this simple mind.

1. Don't push her out, keep the engine out of the red...
2. Don't let her cake eat...

So I either let her eat cake and live in limbo if I want reconciliation or move her out if I want divorce?

She's staying in the house, while waiting to leave. Not putting anything into working on the relationship, just living here as a roommate. She'll leave the minute her dream apt. opens up.

so you don't like "paying" for her and "sharing" with her if she is only a friend?

You can't wait for the "dream" to come real?
