My understanding was to stop the divorce proceedings and get past the anger. Well after I contacted my lawyers that we were going to see what happens: my wife now says again she wants a divorce and is moving out. Personally, I think she is all talk. She has no job, no income, starts school next week. I actually allowed her to save face and do what she wanted. Now she has started this mess again. I will see what she does. If she does move out then that is desertion and that would be a better ground for me than constructive desertion. She is very stubborn and will learn a very hard and expensive lesson. I still can not believe this is happening after 26 years of marriage. This midlife crisis is a cross to bear for all involved. Bobby O
