I get the updated resume thing but think if possible it is wise to stay put another year because of the bankruptcy. I know everyone has bad days but boss man doesn't seem to realize that he caused the problem to begin with! If I try to explain my thinking on something he sees it as arguing. He doesn't want to know why I did it...just don't go there. I always have taught the kids to show there work, explain how they got there so if there is an issue with the thought process, that can be pointed out.

Just frustrating!! He doesn't want to know why I did something. There is no...You had the clients best interest at heart but I think it would be better if...xyz. It is just you aren't listening.
