Hi ODGA, I too tossed my sexies out one night in a fit of anger. I have started to replace a lot of it, but one night my H suggested that he would be getting me some things to help me in this endeavor. He even went so far as to go to the store himself but walked in and got intimidated and left! LOL I told him that a gift certificate would be fine, or even better, we could shop for it together.
So I was wondering if C would like that? A VS gift certificate as one of her Christmas gifts?
Would that be too much pressure?
I have to tell you that I was beyond thrilled when my H said that he would do that, and that he'd even been to the store. I have spent so much of our married life disguising who I really am, and downplaying the role that sexuality plays in my personality, that to have him acknowledge that was quite a triumph. It was acceptance of what I feel is a huge, vital and wonderful part of myself.
