Me, I lost 1 1/2 pounds. Yeah! My goal is a pound a week, so made it so far this week.
I am challenged with turning down snack foods, not drinking enough water, and still need to do more cardio.
I also realize I workout much harder to music. My MP3 player ran out of charge today and I had to cut the workout short since I wasn't that excited to work out anymore.
More of the same for me this week.

GG, I will start a new thread for weekly progress reports.
I did stay on track, bored though I am. I took a super-long walk outside instead of the cardio; that was good. I didn't find an alternative to the bike yet.
But I did add music and that helped some.
