Q : Have you looked into the law at all surrounding her and the home while she's not living there?

I suppose there is no written agreement about how that's to be handled until a sale if any comes along?

The law is fuzzy, but basically until she changes her drivers license address she does have a limited right to come into the house.

AND, I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT have to pay her rent ONE BIT.

And I am game to write that letter to both of them so they can see what I am REALLY saying and doing.
