She said she is taking that stance BECAUSE I took the same stance when we first separated, the "no dating" "no sex".

She also says that since she has her OWN place, that what happens there is none of my business, BUT she STILL has to follow the law regarding Adultery and being married. And she "says" she won't sleep with anyone.

Her problem is if I had girls back at the HOUSE where SHE is STILL paying HALF the Mortgage.

She thinks own apartment = her business. Paying mortgage = it is her business.

I'm not saying I believe this, but that's what she is SAYING.

Like "You realize we are still married, right"

OH, BUT she says "dating" in fine, and "seeing" other people, but just NO PHYSICAL CONTACT. Huh???? Seriously? Like she's going to "date" someone for the next 4 months and NOT sleep with them? Riiiiight.
