Sounds like you are doing what you need to do. Don't worry about if it is DBing or not. Since DB says to do what works, and if you are doing something that doesn't work, then change, almost everything can be DB. About the only thing that isn't DB is the crying and pleading. Taking a hardline stance is often the best thing to do to protect yourself from more emotional abuse and, in some cases, it helps the WAS realize that he is losing his family.
