Listen I'm no expert, what I learned that worked well in my situation I learned from the great people on this site.
One of the best things that I learned for myself was being able to finally admit that I didn't know everything, I didn't know how to fix this problem (and many other similar problems) and that continuing to make the same mistakes and continuing to be unwilling to try new and unconventional things was just going to get me the same results that I had been receiving.
Maybe not an "expert" but you are one heluva Natural at this. Someone said on that post of yours that they wish they could "Bottle" it up. It's impressive and inspiring at what you set out and suceeded to do with YOURSELF.
