Mornin everyone' You'll notice I left off the 'good' due to the walloping hangover I have right now. It appears that God was unfortunatly detained last evening and didn't see fit to just let me die.

Thank you to everyone that pulled me through that last night. It was a rough one. I'll look like 9 kinds of Hell today. Right now, I'm going to take some aspirin and try to go back to sleep. This time I might even remember to turn off the light.

Again, Thank you to everyone.

This crap, my dear, isn't worth dying for. When your time comes make sure you're doing something you've always wanted to do. Then you can go with a smile on your face.

I promise this too shall pass. It does get better. We're walking right along side you, Punkin. We will get through this together.

Get some more sleep, and I hope you feel better.

But I wrote such an eloquent suicide note. I found it this morning. I only had one Typo in the whole thing. Not bad for someone who is dead drunk and doesn't remember.

Can I keep it? Next time, I might not be near a keyboard.

Alright Punk,

Unhook the batteries from the smoke detectors first and take the note to the sink. You know what to do with it from there.

Don't forget to rehook the batteries back up when you are done.

OK?

Boy did I tie one one last night. I'm usually a one beer or one drink kind of girl. I don't even remember typing the note, but signed it MOM. How stupid. I'd never commit suicide over a man, least of all that one.

I had far too many emails from him over the last few days, and finally responded asking What was it he wanted so badly from this house he was threatening to come down? His answer: a box of old uniforms under the house. No sh#t. Oh, and by the way, will you take a look at those papers about the mortgage waiver? I finally told him I would look at them. Had to ask twice where he wanted me to take the all important clothes, he kept forgetting about them. Reality Break: This guy cares about one thing only, himself and what he wants.

I agreed to look at the papers, but, and this was probably an emotional mistake, told him that he had pretty much destroyed my life and that I needed him to please just leave me alone. Sure that gave his ego a boost. God I'm a DA

No, you are not a DA, you're human.

Tell your H to bring copies so you can forward the papers to your lawyer. Better yet have him just snail mail them to you and you'll forward to your lawyer and let him know what you hear from your attorney.

Are you afraid of him Punkin? Such as in possibly physically trying to hurt you?

Gosh, punkin, you are so funny, even in the midst of such a painful time of your life. I love that. I tend to humourize my bad times too. It makes it seem not as threatening.

I am sure your H has already forgotten that you said he has "destroyed your life" ... he forgets everything else, except the one thing he is focused on right now .... the signing of the mortgage waiver. The need to get something from the house was an obvious ruse to get a hold of you. I agree with SA .... tell him to send it to you or maybe even send it directly to your lawyer. He must understand that you are not going to put any signature on any piece of paper (especially from him) until your L has taken a look, and then you may still not sign it.

Stay strong.
