I do have NO idea how the judge will rule. It just seemed he's tipped his hand a few times though.
Has asked us to fill out a court style financial statement and from that will make a ruling. I may just be to logical here, but if one has a full time job with benefits and makes more $, it would seem to me the other one, who also has some medical issues with a torn up knee and rotater cuff...well I could be surprised for sure.
