Kat- heck yeah, you can pay! I pay for stuff a lot and yes, it does surprise the guys (I am thinking not of the last few weeks but my dating days)but I totally agree with you--why should only THEY have to spend their hard earned $$?
Okay, about the word "panties." First of all, PLEASE don't call it "the P word" because that conjurs up another word!
Second, I tend to think of "panties" for teenage girls-adult women, and "underwear" for little girls. I have no idea why!! It isn't a bad word! But it seems kind of "adult" to me...????
