I think I fall better into the ectomorph catagory. I don't know about the very little body fat or the narrow chest and abdomen, but at peak weight this catagory fits me best.
You can do a google search for a fitness program that matches your body type.
How about you?

If you are referring to the "C" word, go ahead, whatever melts your butter. Glam, the water tip is a good one. I have a niece who was born with one kidney, and has had to drink large amounts of water all her life to stay flushed out. Her favorite trick was to put a little lemon or lime in it to give it a pinch of taste.
Me, I'm trying to flush out my kidneys with Bud Light.
Punk that is just too funny! Got to love the Bud Light!
Just in case though you want to change it up, here's a shake you might want to try. I make mine using Almond Milk. Yum Yum tasty.
Antioxidant Infused Berry Smoothy:
This smoothy is a good option for those of you who are looking for a quick afternoon snack to help get you through your afternoon or who are in need of a fast meal replacement. Eat with one ounce of nuts for a complete meal.

1 cup sugar free fruit flavored yogurt 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder 1/2 cup milk 2 ice cubes 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Pulse blend the ice cubes until crushed. Next add in the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and blend again. Toss in frozen mixed berries and protein powder, blending a final time until desired consistency is reached.

This is what I had for dinner this evening. I am not a big tuna fan, but this was really delicious. I ommitted the onion powder since I had already added raw onion and then seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, and a spice called Johnny's Seasoning. I served it with the lettuce patties and cucumbers. Low cal and tasty!
You might be pleasantly suprised!
Tuna Burgers:
Tuna burgers are a great way to satisfy your craving while sticking on your diet. If you happen to be on a low carbohydrate diet, rather than having the burger on a whole grain roll, place it between a couple sheets of lettuce and exchange the rolled oats for finely chopped vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 can tuna 1 egg white 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/8 cup chopped onion 1/8-1/4 cup mayonnaise Garlic and onion powder
Directions:
Combine the tuna, oats, and whisked egg whites together. Stir in onion, mayo, garlic and onion powder and then form into patties. Place the patties on a skillet and flip at half time as you would with a regular hamburger.

If you heard a big 'thud' yesterday, it was me and my rather 'robust' behind falling off the healthy-living wagon. D&mn you, Black forest cake and ice cream. Sigh. Two pounds off, and two pounds right back on. How many times am I going to have to lose the same bloody two pounds before I learn??
I cannot complain for not receiving from others, that which I've never asked them for.
FMV just get back on and you can loose it again. I am tracking my calories, activities, mood etc on fitday.com. It helps keep me on track and then I say ooops can't make that choice out of calories for the day. Ha Ha Ha!
I picked up some frozen yogurt this week to help with any ice cream cravings. Not as tasty as full fat ice cream, but 1/2 cup only has 90 calories.
I will try posting some low cal/fat desserts as I find the recipes to help with cravings.
Game On FMV!

Thanks glam, now that's actually interesting. I've tracked calories, activities, you name it - but not mood. So when I think about that, it's actually not a surprise that my face landed in a plate of cake. An old friend of mine came to town, and I was nervous about seeing her for a couple days. Don't get me wrong, she's a wonderful friend. However... she's smarter than me, prettier than me, skinnier, more successful, makes more money... ugh, that's my old low self-esteem rearing it's nasty head again. No wonder! I have such a hard time not comparing myself to other people; and surprise surprise, I always find myself lacking in comparison. No wonder. (three pieces... one of them for breakfast yesterday...) Ohhhh... blehhh.
