Forward, I don't know how tall you are, but a size 8 is pretty small, probably don't need to lose much, if anymore.

Girls,

I lost 28 pounds on the "My husband is D!ck Diet". When I'm stressed I don't eat. Now, the problem is keeping it off. I feel better and stronger all the time, and I have people pushing food at me because they think I need to eat.

WTH! I weigh the same as Valerie Bertanelli, she gets the front page of PEOPLE in a bikini, and people want to strap me to an IV. I have regained 5 of those pounds, but really want to stay this size. This is the size I was ( 128 lbs) before my Hysterectomy and artificial hormones.

I'm keeping a close eye on your thread to see how you are doing.

Size 8? Sheesh!

I tend to waver between 8 and 10. I tend to feel really good at 135, so that is about where I want to be.

However, it is more about feeling good for me. My skin looks a lot better when I am exercising and I feel healthier. It is free and burns off the stress for me.

I weighed about 125 at the worst point.

Hey glam,
If you're like me and have a tough time drinking enough water because of the taste, I find that lots of ice, and a squirt of lime really helps. Sounds like your month is off to a great start! Way to go!

Oh I wish that was my problem!

I did drop 15 in two weeks in the early days, but I'm working for every lb now!

Punkin

Just wondering does your "Your husband is a D*ck diet" have another name? In my sitch is it acceptable to replace "d*ck" with some other body part or maybe the word that most women say you never use?

Just wondering.

LMAO

Oh my gosh Punk I love Dick Diet! What a way to drop those pounds. Eric LOL!

Making great strides with cardio. Incorporated a little bit of basketball with cardio. I get bored very very easily, so hey it's been fun throwing a basketball around and doing lunges and squats with one.

Anything I can to get motivated for cardio. Also spending much less time pumping iron. I am too tired by the time I move to the weight room.

Swimming later today with kids and park again tonight with the dog and kids.

Loving life at the moment!

What body type are you?

The Ectomorph Body Type:

The Ectomorph is a form of opposite of the Endomorph. Physically, they tend to have:

Narrow shoulders and hips.
A thin and narrow face, with a high forehead.
A thin and narrow chest and abdomen.
Very little body fat.
Thin legs and arms.

The Mesomorph Body Type:

The mesomorph is somewhere between the round endomorph and the thin ectomorph. Physically, they have the more 'desirable' body, and have:

Large head, broad shoulders, and narrow waist (wedge-shaped).
Muscular body, with strong forearms and thighs
Very little body fat
Genetically gifted; greatest bodybuilding potential.
Long torso, full chest, good shoulder to waist ratio.

The Endomorph Body Type:

The Endomorph is physically quite ‘round’, and is typified as the ‘barrel of fun’ person. They tend to have:

Wide hips and narrow shoulders, which makes them rather pear-shaped.
Quite a lot of fat spread across the body, including upper arms and thighs.
They have quite slim ankles and wrists, which only serves to accentuate the fatter other parts.
Wide bone structure.
Slower metabolism.
Weight gain is easy, though fat loss is difficult.
Tends to store fat, which hides muscle gains.
