I'm in the middle of LRT and this helped clarify some things for me and will help me stay on track. I'm at #3 watching and waiting, but haven't really seen much positive response from my H yet. I will continue to be patient.
I do have a question though. I'm concerned that by stopping the chase and acting as if my life is just fine will make him think I've given up on our marriage too. One of his complaints about our marriage is that I don't give him and his needs enough attention so will the LRT backfire in a situation like this?
