Not much has been going on. More frequent contact. I think he went away w/her for a few days...a break-up trip? He is still focused on 'working', and has added the house to his list of duties. Talks as if he still lives here.

I am registering for fall activities with the park district. DD16 and I will try belly dancing. newmama made it sound so fun! Also a yoga class, tennis league, and maybe a billiards class!

Hey, while you are at it, work in a light weight circuit 5 days a week, and you can eat a humungous ice cream sundae and 1b burger into your weekends and still lose weight by accident!

I have a TotalGym that I look at everyday and dust once a week. Does that count? lol

Instead of dusting it why don't you start using it? 180.

You guys haven't SEEN WN- she is smokin' hot! (hey, ladies can appreciate other ladies' beauty!) She doesn't need to use the gym!

Although strength resistance is good for keeping our bones strong, blah blah blah.. wink

I got the gym in 1994 after baby #2. It really is a quick and easy workout. It does get boring. NOT using it has been a 180!
Belly dancing will be a 180. Back when we were dating, H asked me for a table dance but I was too self-conscious. I told him if we got married, I would do one on our 5th anniversary. Never did. (2 babies and stretch marks by then.)

I'm looking at 50 in a few weeks and have started to notice how quickly those sundaes (in my case, Klondike bars) turn to flab! I might as well just lick them and stick 'em to my belly!

I have been celebrating 50 since Thursday!

Going to a Meatloaf concert tonite......with H!

I will give a full update tomorrow. I need a nap!!!
