Good for you for working so hard!

First of all, I don't know your fitness level or general shape but I'm assuming you know that you can't spot lose fat... so if that's in the way you can work your abs all you want and you'll develop them ... under the fat! That being said ... I would recomment the ab workout from any of Tony Horton's stuff (P90 and P90X) ... he runs through about 10 different exercises in a few minutes and you can do it solo or tack it onto an other workout.

Thighs and butt ... squats, lunges and climbing. Leg curls, if you're at the gym ...
