Need exercise advice. BH maybe you can weigh in here. I have 3 trouble areas. Waist, thighs, and butt.

For the waist I would like to get those rock hard abs. Any suggestions?

What do you do for jiggly thighs. It seems this is such a hard muscle group to work. How about the inner thighs too?

I also want that nice tight butt, I think they call that the brazillian butt. Any suggestions?

I am picking up a notebook today to write down everything I eat. I do work out 5-7 days a week, but think my diet might be hampering my progress. I need more willpower in this area.

Good motivation for me is getting to watch the cute personal trainer at the gym do his job. Keeps me motivated to keep working out on a daily basis. If only I could have just one..................... Back to life, back to reality! Ha Ha Ha!
