I'm glad that I found your thread. I am 1 1/2 months into Dbing postbomb. I saw an immediate positive change with Db principles but I'm far from out of the woods. H is still talking D.
Your story inspired me and caused me to step back and reflect on my own positive progress and realize that I'm not going to wake up tomorrow with all this behind me. I've chosen to go down this very long road with many potholes!
