Geesh, I must be a prude but these women sound awfully aggressive!

Honestly, I would NEVER ask a guy out and I certainly get plenty of dates (or invitations!).

And btw, when I come to Ca. T (t = luvless) and I are coming to visit you!

My thoughts exactly.
I think she may actually be looking to lure IR to her place to harvest one of his organs...not that one, but a kidney. One of those can go for $10,000 in China. Just a thought...I could be wrong though. grin

Okay I agree with you guys -- Girl 3 (or is it 2 or 1) definitely want *some* kind of action. At the very least she is very interested!

LOOOOL! 4 days is a long time to plan in advance.

That sounds fine. Just take your L's advice.

Wii, yeah I know I'm not ready. I'm not too worried about girls 1,2 and 3 because they're all the meetup group girls. Girl 4 is a neighbor and I'm kinda in a jam because I don't want to say anything that will jeaprodize future relationships with her family and I don't want to lead her on either because I don't feel that way about her. She's sweet and probably looking for validation/company like I am but I don't want to go beyond the friendly movie/dinner outing. But I'm not sure what to tell her exactly that's nice but also sets the boundary.

OK I sent that email to stbxw about the doc and school thing. Now I still have to respond to the other issue.

Oh CG and T - I'd love to hang out with you two. My days and weekends have been such a blurr (not because of these girls lol) lately so let me know in advance when you're coming out and we'll plan something!

It's funny you said you'll never ask a guy out but if you didn't ask a guy like me out we'd never go out lol I'm sooo shy...actually afraid of the rejection that I'll probably just sit there with a crush on you and never ask you out. Maybe I'll drop a hint here or there to show I like you. I could never walk up to a stranger and try to pick her up. I'd have to see her a few times then suggest something open ended and go from there.

So what can I say to girl 4 to set the expectation? should I blow her off for Sun now and say 'you know I don't think I'll be back from my camping trip until later that evening, sorry.'

Yeah I don't like the idea of going over to her house when her parents aren't there...you never know which nosey neighbor's watching...even if nothing happens (and I assure you I'll bring a mace lol) people talk.

Do you surf? I am going to take a few surfing lessons (took a few before in Hawaii and LOVED it). T won't take any lessons with me although I am working on that, lol! She agreed to come to the lesson but not surf so we will need to apply some peer pressure smile

Honestly, the "dropping of hints" makes my skin crawl. That was my H's way of communicating about everything and I won't EVER deal with it again.

Hey if you're surfing I'll show up just to watch or I can help you with the wetsuit LMAO

I'm surprised T isn't taking lessons she practically lives in her pool. At least I have an excuse...I'm not a good swimmer and I still remember the JAWS LOL

Yeah I tend to have that affect on women, their skins crawl before they ever meet me grin

So when can I take you out for dinner? <--- better? laugh

T is afraid of the ocean, lol! Honestly, the water where you take lessons is pretty shallow and you really don't have to be a strong swimmer. You start out on a heavy foam board and an instructor is right there (I plan to request a hot 20 year old instructor who is dumber than a box of rocks, lol!). It's really fun! It is a feeling of total freedom yet total control all blended in one. I am terrible at it but it's great!

I also want to take a few Hatha classes at Maha Yoga... once again T will NOT participate! You don't need to be a strong swimmer for that and no Jaws in the yoga studio! smile

I just mean that I can't stand men (or people really) that think "dropping hints" is a suitable way to communicate.

We will go to dinner! I think we should get LSG as well and take him along! Sushi? Indian? Cocktails for sure!

You like music? I LOVE the Troubadour for shows! I see Cary Brothers and Matt Costa will be there.

Dodgers games? CityGirl <---- loves Joe Torre!

Better would be, "when would you like to take me out for dinner?"
Remember, you're a single Dad so you're broke (unless you really do wanna sell one of those kidneys)!

I don't think you'll need to make a special request for that...just ask for any surfing instructor.

Yeah no sharks there, what about cougars? LOL

OK I could do that but can I be in the back?

With this running start by the time you get here you won't have to worry about me dropping suddle hints. I'll be in the full attack mode by then hahaha
