The reason my wife was nice is that she wants to stay in the house for the 2 years that she is in school. The lawyers are hammering the details. I dont know how to get my wife to see a counceler when she refuses. We are supposed to go to a wedding
tomorrow. I wish I could get through to her but divorce looks like the only option. Bobby o

Just cant sleep. I am moving out Sep 1. I am so angry and miserable and my wife of 26 years appears content. The 180 does not seem to work as her mind is made up. I just wish we could go to counceling but she refuses. Bobby O

My husband refuses counseling too Bobby. He says no counselor or even God himself could change his mind about wanting a divorce.

I'm sorry you are going through this. Does your wfie know that you have made the decision to move out?

Yes my wife knows.Today is her birthday. My daughter and I took my wife out for dinner. I hope things improve. My wife is flying out to Texas in the AM to pick our daughter up from ballet camp.
Istill love my wife very much. I started my new job yesterday and the hours are days and no swing shifts. She was surprised I got home early. I think she sees change and is just watching. thank you for your concern. I hope things work out for you as well. Bobby O

My wife did not get a card or gift from me for her birthday. She is 52 years old and a very attrative woman. She is in the midlife crisis mode with new hairdo, new clothes, new look, going to be a student again. It is like she is a teenager out of control. She still wants to know when I plan to leave the house. She has not seen my anger but the intensity is building. I try to be positive and upbeat and the lawyers have not completed a settlement agreement yet. I have been nothing but genuine kind and loving over a span of 30 years. I do not need to be treated this way. In a way it maybe good to separate because it is only then that you realize what you had. Tomorrow is another day. Bobby O

I got up at 3 am today to take my wife to the airprt for a 7am flight. I had prepared her trip paperwork as I have done for years and she seemed appreciative. This is the first time she has flown by herself since we were married. She seemed nervous. I felt extremly hurt when she said at the gate well got to go and kept walking with no hug or kiss. I know I am not her husband anymore. I guess I just need to move on. Bobby O

Keep hope Bobby. Worse relationships have recovered. My wife too acts like a teenager on Spring Break; getting a tattoo, hair coloring, etc.

Divorce is tough for all involved. Everyone is hurt. The lawyers are fighting and nothing is gained but legal fees.My wife is as happy as a pig in slop and she has no clue what this is doing to the family. She just thinks I will pay for everything like we are still married. She is in for one big reality check. I am so angry at my wife that I find myself going on long walks just to cool down. I resent her for not trying to work on this marriage. The sad part is she has the issues and does not see the light. I hate my life right now and things are just getting worse. I still can not believe this is happening after knowing someone for 30 years. They say God has a plan but I sure as hell do not see it. Bobby O

My wife is getting a reality on being responsible for your own bills. She does not like having to now use her money. Well she is not happy and maybe she will realize that good old Bob was not so bad. Bobby O
