The really upsetting thing is that it was maybe $4.00 more. Then on top of that he had water, so really only a difference of two dollars. S17 apologised that he didn't understand that he didn't want him to order it. S17 even offered to buy dinner and Dad told him to shut up. My Mom tried to calm my Dad down and she even cried.
When I was a kid I never stood up to my Dad. I find myself doing that more often now. He really went overboard. I don't know how this will get fixed . I am proud of S17 for standing up for himself. Awful that they didn't speak the rest of the day.
