Very frustrated today. Ex asked me for a 60 day notice regarding the house. It has not sold and she has the option to either move back in and pay the whole mortgage or pay half and not live here. She has emailed me to say that she cannot afford either option and has an appointment with a bankruptcy attorney?
I responded to her email that I had consulted with my lawyer regarding this and she told me that the day she files will be the day that I file for contempt of court and that I will notify everyone in her chain of command as well.
On top of that, she is going on a cruise this weekend with her boyfriend and my daughter and one of my daughter's friends. My daughter reported to me that her mom told her that the cruise cost more than $3000. I believe it too as it is a Disney cruise.
WTF??? I am a loss. Anyone have any suggestions?
