With all of us looking to sell our homes, the market should be a gold mine for an invester. CW, good luck with the job. Going back to work is what kept me sane ( or at least mentally responsible) for the last 5 months. I'm dreading going through another winter out here in the woods alone. When it ices up, I can't get down my driveway, and the power goes out all the time. Aren't you glad I'm not writing the brochure for selling your house?
