The odd thing is HE DOESN'T KNOW she is after him. He is living with family sleeping on a couch, and is just dying to get out of there.

She can be very calculating when she wants to be, so I am guessing she will pounce when she thinks the time is right.

But yes, this guy is going to FINALLY have his own place now, where he can bring back chicks when he wants to.

I'd LOOOVE to be there when she gets home one night and hears him banging away at some chick.

Or she is going to get all super-needy-clingy like she gets when she is infatuated, and the guy is going to be literally suffocated to death.

My LEFT BRAIN is telling me should I get a better job, to just stay in this house and let her continue to pay half the mortgage AND rent; while begging from her parents.

If she then wants spousal support, my LEFT BRAIN tells me I will be happy to oblige in court filings, but I will also file an affidavit changing from "no fault" to "fault" divorce on the grounds of INFIDELITY.

I will then submit copies of the naked photos, and the text message from the Facebook guy, stating she was coming to visit him My LEFT BRAIN can only assume that since she travels so much, that he came up to visit her to have sex. Therefore, I could and would subpoena text message records from BOTH of them. I'd also submit EVERYTHING ELSE I HAVE in order that the Court has the most information it needs. It is LOGICAL to want an Honorable Court to have all the information it needs to make a RATIONAL DECISION.

And my LEFT BRAIN tells me that his commanding officers are going to be THRILLED to see all of that stuff in a court filing, and they probably will be so excited that they might just reinstate charges against him.

And that MARRIED FATHER OF 2 whom she also sent naked pictures to, I am POSITIVE his WIFE will be ecstatic that his name and number comes up in the PHONE RECORDS where she sent him pictures. The Court MUST also know this as well.

Logical, Captain, very logical....
