The major disadvantage to not having your own thread

So I would be careful about making a statement like that and having any expectations from what you said.
I think it is an area that there is major confusion with on this board in particular. However it does sound like you are rebuilding which is never a bad thing. The first three stages of MLC are running away stages. The last three are rebuilding.
I do not think the children come out in any particular stage but they need to be resolved in order to complete the crisis.

Keep asking questions.
Sorry CW for the continued hi-jack.

CW and Lance,

When someone has a chance, would you please write instructions for starting a new thread, designating the forum for the new thread, and linking my old thread to the new thread?

Thanks!

Yeah! My kids are home!!! H actually came in with them this time, usually drops them and leaves. He asked about using the truck to go mow at the rental house tomorrow and I said that was fine! Then he had to show me his road rash from crashing on his bicycle this morning on their bike ride...:/ Didn't take any of his boxes out in the garage....

My boss called this morning to tell me that she put in a word for me at the restaurant that I am thinking of applying at...thinking I will go over there today and talk with the owner about it today. Talked to her some about the house she is buying and she has someone that is definitely interested if I am not so that is good! Still thinking on that!

CW, you are a sweetie! Keep showing H what he's lost.

Which way are you leaning regarding the house issue?

Hi SA and thankyou!

Right now, as of today anyway, I am leaning toward staying this winter and re-evaluate the house situation in the spring. This would give me a chance to get some of these projects we started done and do some painting and cleaning out more junk! I think I can do that from a financial stand point till spring. Who knows how I will feel tomorrow! smile

CW - FWIW I think that is a good decision.
It will also give the economy a chance to improve and next year might be a better time to sell.
At least I hope the economy starts to improve.

CW, I certainly hope the economy improves, too. Housing market being soft it makes sense to hold on to it if you can while making your improvements.

I have no doubts you'll make the decision that makes the most sense.

CW, you are a smart cookie--no rush to get the new house! You can buy time to finish up those projects and gradually pack!
