Looks like I am headed to court. Got a call from my ATTY - he received a fax from XH's ATTY regarding the current issue.

I don't want to drop another grand for a few hours of my ATTY's time, so I plan on fighting this myself.

I just want something better for my son. It is a chance everyone deserves, even if it's just for that one school year.
