Again, after the emotional drain of the day, I wasn't thinking very clearly.

I'll spend the week GAL'ing and re-reading DB. I need to LIVE that mindset.

I also have about 70 pages in a Word doc of quips and quotes from you; Allen; Gucc; Rob; Sandi; Coach; and everyone else who has shared their experiences and views.

I need to refocus for "Round Two"

BTW, feeling kind of Noob again. What's "kwim"?

Also struggling with wearing my ring. I really don't feel like wearing it but to me it still signifies my commitment to myself and marriage-just not THIS marriage.

You might also consider getting Dobson's book. I told QS on his thread he should get it and I think you would benefit from it as well! The way it's written, it just makes you feel better and so much more empowered....
