Could being really, really drunk at the time have anything to do with it? ...just kidding! Thanks Romeo, that's a great help. I checked with a co-worker, who is a reformed Sufi, and he too said that if you're tired that can create that fatigued feeling after meditation. I don't get it in the evening, only in the afternoon. But, Adrenal Fatigue makes you tired during the day and you get a second wind in the evening. I keep forgetting that I have this fatigue thing and then wonder "what's wrong with me" when something comes up...duhhhh. So, I guess it's just plug ahead here and see where it goes! I'm doing Qi Gong every second night now and meditating/breathing each evening.
