Does anybody here do meditation? As I mentioned Sunday I went to a meditation class and have been practising daily during the week. What I've noticed is that I feel really tired afterwards. I try to do some meditation/deep breathing for half an hour at lunch daily and afterwards I'm washed out for the afternoon! In the evening when I do it I'm not as washed out but sure aren't energized either. Isn't meditation supposed to calm you but re-energize you too? How did others feel when they first started meditating? Thanks.
