I will be calling other lawyers today. although he is still trying to convince me to use his lawyer, because it doesnt matter if I get my own, the outcome will still be the same as far as what I will get in the end.

He stoped by last night, I thought he was coming over to give me the papers I need for the lawyer, he said he was only there to visit with the Girls, it is very awkward, they really do not have much to say to him, so we all sit there staring at the TV, while every once in a while he tries to make small talk.

I did get to talk to him privatly at one point and asked about out joint credit card.....he cancelled it!!!!
So now I have only $170. in the account and no Credit card, how the heck does he think I am going to be able to get a lawyer ?
He wanted to do this divorce quickly, but now I have to wait till I get a card on my own to pay for a lawyer, Unless this is his sneaky way of still trying to get me to use his lawyer.

If his lawyer wanted us to handle the amibicaly like he said then why would he have me served like that. NO way !!
