I want to chime in here for a minute. I could be wrong Punkin, but I think what Snodderly said was that we all go through life transitions about every 10 years, give or take. It's when one of these transitions goes off the deep end that it becomes a crisis.
From what I understand once MLC is completed one doesn't go through it again. If interrupted before completion it will not be denied, and at some point comes back with a vengeance.
It was like somebody flipped a switch for my H too, and he became someone I no longer knew.

SA, You are absolutely correct! If the crisis is interrupted along the way, at a later time it will arise again and be far worse.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
