Well as far as I know she has when we were in our house no sort of contact deleted all contacts and she did seem really remorseful.

You don't understand "transparency." Transparency is just what the name implies -- being complately transparent with one another in regards to your communications and your schedule. She keeps her cellphone unlocked around you, has its detailed billing come to you (or available for you to look up online any time you wish), she informs you of her daily schedule, etc.
It's not a system where you sporadically have to play "traffic cop" and check up on her. It is a daily, comprehensive system that's set up to shield the addicdt (her) from the source of her addiction (OM) until such time that she can complete the withdrawal process (6 months or more).
Was this ever even discussed between the two of you?
