I have a appt. with one lawyer next Tues. The other lawyer I called never returned my call. The lawyer I will meet with next week wants a $250.00 fee for that hour. Should I see if I like her first before looking for another ? Also how can I pay for this, I don't have enough in the account and we only hae one joint credit card together.
He gave no explanation as to why he did not leave them for me. I texted him yesterday and told him I needed all this info by Friday the 23rd. Or it will have to be dealt with between our lawyers. He called and said he may come over tonight to get them for me. I also mentioned I needed his 401k Info I am sure He did not like that.
I am having good moments where I am feeling strong and then I will think Of something and be on the verg of tears again.
I am just scared for my future and my Girls future. I was a stay at home mom for 10 years. I now only work part time in retail. I am a breast cancer survivor, I still am depending on my husbands health insursance. Also my name has never been put on this house, although I have lived here for 16 years.
Whatever lawyer I get is going to have a lot of work for this divorce.
