In brief my Husband had me served with Divorce papers on July 13th at my work, He filed and signed them the week before but said nothing to me, he continued to sleep in our bed, eat meals together and even arranged a spur of the moment trip to an amusement park during this week, but never said one word about meeting a lawyer.
On tuesday I was served, on wednesday He told me he took the money out of our account leaving me $300.
I have been so lost and confused this past week. I have made an appt. with a lawyer, but that is not for another week. I told my Husband I need all our finacial info that the lawyer said to bring. He came here yesterday to spend time with our daughters while i was out with friends. He said he would gather the info and leave it for me. Well when I got home around 11:30 he was already gone and he left me no paper work.
My question is since I want to go dark with him, should I still contact him to let him know that I do need this info ASAP ? I quess Iknow the answer, I just have been so confused this past week, I want to make sure I keep my head on straight.
