Exciting stuff, eh. Who wouldn't want to be my fb friend with stimulating entries like this!
Where have you been Kat? You see what I was reduced to while everybody else was out having a good time! In desperation I even started drinking...Lime Diet Pepsi. (No Baskin Robbins tonight...honest!)
I'm back and I think I'm in love! OK, maybe not but...I met this really hot woman at Meditation class. I arrived early because I'd never been before and there she was, so I moved right in. By the time the class had started we'd discovered we have the same birthday...and yes, she's way to young for me...what else is new! But it was really enjoyable talking to her for that 15 minutes and when others arrived she introduced me to everyone, it's a really nice group of people...all three of them. Anyway, that was the last class which is a shame because I really felt welcomed and enjoyed the meditation...and I wouldn't have minded meditating a few more sessions on that hot little thing...OK, enough of my mid-life crisis. In the class we did Emotional Freedom Tapping and Prana breathing. I really enjoyed it and if they offer it again in August or fall I'd be interested in learning some more types of meditating. I also discovered one other thing at meditation class, I'm fat! They have those mirrors on the wall and unless they're trick mirrors I've got a few pounds to lose...maybe I won't go back there after all!

I hate to burst your bubble BBJ but no one responded to my posting on Facebook, but then again I only have 8 "friends"! Hey, I just got back from the evening church service and apparently I am on a roll with the ladies today! 'nuff said!
