I would hold off for now. You can say those things eventually but right now, it can't help you and it can hurt you. Get the legal help nailed down first. Take anything he gives you but don't look at it with him. Tell him you'll review it and walk away. Keep contact short and brief right now.
By the way, let him know that you won't stand in the way of him seeing the girls but you need to know if he plans to take them somewhere BEFORE he tells them about it.
