Yes, i am tired of being hurt, waking up hurt, wanting this to work and thinking that we are going to and then being let down. i still want it for reasons known only to my heart. And i would forgive and try to help her. Told her that the other day. and she thank me and said she couldn't wait to see me. she ask me let her handle breaking up with her husband. I wasn't planning on doing anything anyway. That is not mine to deal with.

This is one of the saddest things I have ever read.

It is also one of the most warped ways I have ever seen bi-polar used.

If you don't know what you are speaking of, you should do some research first.

Par~

Contrary to what has been said, bi-polar isn't something you "become" because you are living a double life. Bi-polar is a mood disorder...The bipolar person is lacking certain chemicals within their brain, chemicals that allow them to function like a "normal" person.

Bipolar disorder is often a lifelong condition as well, not something that crops up every now and again.

With untreated bi-polar, the person can be very unstable...

If they are "manic" you could see - an increasingly restless, energetic, talkative, reckless, powerful, euphoric period. Lavish spending sprees or impulsive risky sex can occur. Then, at some point, this high-flying mood can spiral into something darker -- irritation, confusion, anger, feeling trapped.

If they are "depressed" you could see - sadness, crying, sense of worthlessness, loss of energy, loss of pleasure, sleep problems and yes even suicidal thoughts.

The best treatment for bipolar disorder is a combination of medication and counseling.

I hope this helps you...

This isn't something you can "fix" for her...

No matter how much you bend over backwards, it really does have nothing to do with you.

What is a "bi-polar split"?

People can become broken. We can become mentally broken without someone touching us, due to a toxic or environment, or stress.

Brain chemestry can be altered by the environment, who you talk to and what you do.

It can also become permantly or affected over the long term by these things.

you don't think you can "create" a bi-polar by designed mental trauma?

I know for a fact one can exhibit bi-polar behavior due to leading a double life.

I also know for a fact that one who has a great many mental disorders can become cured, through diet, healthy living and staying out of certain social situations.

Also, I believe it is not wise to go to a psychologist to get a diagnosis while you are living a messed up life.

Its the same as going to a marriage counselor but keeping the affair intact.

Exhibiting "bipolar behavior" and having bipolar are two very different things.

There is no cure for bipolar and you sitting here saying that you know for a fact that many mental disorders are cured by diet, healthy living and avoiding certain social situations is dangerous at best.
