My old thread was locked and I'm not sure how to attach it to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyway, so much has happened since my last post. I've been trying to refi the home and it was declined so I'm working with another lender. I should hear today if I can purchase the home and move W out.

I got confirmation today that my W has ended EA with her boss, but moved on to a PA with a co-worker. I did something stupid and looked at her phone and saw several texts between the two. She has definitely kissed him and they are going out tomorrow night.

I guess it's something I was bound to deal with sooner or later.
