xin, you can't trust his testimony anyways. I would suggest you tell him to keep it to himself and you monitor his actions... He's likley lying to you.
Have you to setup any arrnagements to ENSURE that OW and your H don't get back together again? Just cause she dumped him doens't mean she won't start up again at sometime.
If your H wants back IN the rel the first thing he has to do is change his cell number and start providing you with all his online accounts and phone passwords etc... so you BOTH FULY SHARE all routes she can use to contact him... email etc.
