She intends to meet up with mom and aunt at some point. I overheard the conversation. It was also when she explained to her aunt that she wouldn't need to stay with them as "a freind has a condo there"

My guess? She'll vist both at the same time; probably borrow his truck to run down the road for a few hours.

Doubt she would have the cajones to introduce him to mom and aunt without even a Sep Agreement in place.

Not a bad idea. I'd position it with the aunt, tho, that "Look, if you don't believe me ...." -- like you're reluctant to even get her involved.
