Hi Coach, Wonderful to hear from you as well - and to see that you are still here. Your advice helped me in so many ways through some of the toughest times - and I still share your words about wasted energy with other men I find going through something similar to what I experienced. While I can't rescue them - I know those words had a tremendous impact on me - and helped me shift my perspective.
My older son is doing great - he's out here with me for the summer - and helped me fix my girlfriend's car today (her AC died and we had to swap out the entire fuse box on top of the battery). It was a tremendous bonding moment - and I was so glad to share it with him.
