Hi Cindy

Yes I keep repeating that mantra to myself. 'I cannot control him, I can only control myself.' It had helped all through the day but I messed up in one split second.

I hope he calls me when he sees the missed call in his phone. I would like to apologize. Even if he was planning to go to OW, lies and innuendo only would make me stoop to their level...

I hope he calls you too. But Cindy made a good point about detaching. Been working on my thoughts and reminding myself that I can only control me and the shelties and I are going to have a good day.

Well, there are going to be those split seconds that happen. That is the nature of an R, just have to figure out the best ways to get through them.

Sending you lots of positive, detaching vibes!!!

Thanks Pam. I occupied some time fixing my Yahoo messenger and I think I got it to work. Now I think I will get in bed with some chips, a diet coke and re-read DR while my D watches the Rugrats movie (she loves that Tommy has a baby brother in that one).

She was so sweet, my poor angel. When my H left I could not help it and burst into tears. She got scared and asked me what was wrong. I said, 'Mommy just fought with Daddy' and she looked at me very seriously and said: 'Mom, that's OK, When Daddy comes back home, tell him that I want a baby brother and you are sorry you cried'

Not bad for a 4 year old...

Sounds like good plans all the way around.

The shelties and I are still working on our dinner. Sure hope it is edible after while!

He called! He called! He called!

He has not checked his cell phone, and did not know I had called but he called me!

I tried to apologize but he was impatient, so I let it be.

HE CALLED!!!

I am half way through the chips but have not opened DR yet

I think it would have been better to be half way through DR and not have opened the chips yet!!!

I am so glad he called!!! Makes it even better that he called and wasn't returning your call.

Happy Thanksgiving Opt!

My TG meal is going to be a bit late today since a GF and I ran around this morning! Cake is out of oven and cooling but the rolls are just now rising for the second time and that takes 3 hours.

Turkey is cooking!!! It is going to beat the rolls! Oh well, the shelties won't complain!!

Mine is likely to be late. I just called H to see when do I set the stuff up and he was very ungracious. Did not want to tell me a time.

Darn, why do I bother?

Well, maybe he is just in a mood as he hasn't had the best of days either.

Fight with wife, had to work on TG, and not sure when he will be finished!

How about Itchy butt????
