I just know that they work together a lot, and there are business trips that I know she is involved in. I usually ask about his work and the people involved and I know that she knows our situation, and he knows that she is finalizing a D and has a kind of messed up family...when I asked how he knew that, he just said that they were good friends.
When I asked him straight out if there was anything between them, it was only a few days before my blow up. So like 3 weeks ago. I'm wondering if he just mentioned her today to get some sort of rise out of me because he now knows she is on my radar.
Ugh, I don't want to be thinking about those possibilities. And I know she will be on the business trip he will embark on for 5 days shortly after we return home.
I guess I'm just more bummed because just this morning my MIL was stating how she is so impressed with how respectful H and I have been to each other throughout this whole thing and that gave me a spark more of hope.
