More than half of divorce busting is just intimidation and courage.. It really is a poker game... You don't need leverage, you just need the confidence to intimidate your WS into backing down... Not based on what you DO know, but what they THINK you KNOW and what they THINK you MIGHT do...
As long as you have the balls to make some early hard hitting choices so they see you mean business the rest is a lot easier.. if you keep backing down and choking early on... the game is theirs...
